Baketopia is the name of a bakery in Shanghai when compounded together these two words embody an optimal state—— a fusion of ideals and baking. With this vision in mind Acts and Pathway’s began to work on providing the client with an interior design that combines brand values and the narrative of the space.
Our design is inspired by elements of the community found in contemporary Chinese cities, such as basketball courts, fitness trails, and distinctive street gardens, all of which are forms prevalent in local neighborhoods. In the end, we decided to implement a design which reincorporates these elements of community into the interior transforming the bakery into a social space with a sense of humor and a carefree atmosphere.

理想焙客，上海一家面包房的名字，两个词汇体现了一种美好状态，理想和烘焙。活络从这个愿景出发为客户提供一种结合品牌价值和空间故事的室内设计。我们思路来源于中国当代城市中的社区元素，篮球场、健身步道、和别具风格的街心花园等等都为我们的设计输送了灵感。最终，我们决定将经过精心再设计的社区风格投射到面包房的室内空间，让面包房成为一个带着轻松和些许幽默感的社交空间。
